Shipping to the UK

Delivery to UK addresses is free on every order and comes with full tracking.

 

Delivery times

Orders are dispatched from our partner warehouse. Delivery to the UK usually takes 5–10 working days from the day your order is dispatched. Busy periods such as Christmas can add a few extra days, so please order early.

 

Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

 

Where we ship

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

 

Orders arriving in more than one parcel

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days. You'll get tracking for each one.

 

Lost or late parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived 10 working days after the expected delivery date, contact us using the details on our Contact Information page and we'll sort it out with a replacement or full refund.
